We had the standard twin room and it was cozy. The breakfast was satisfactory, overall food was lovely. Location: the hotel was really close to masjid e Al nabwi, the haram nabawy mosque and various shops, restaurants, close to gates 16 -19 and parking.

Overall a homey nice budget hotel. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Cheap and neat units available with a single double bed, 5 bedroom, sound proofing. Magnificent and lovely location for Medina, so close to various shops, restaurants, close to gates 16 -19 and parking, and the holy mosque, nice and clean environment. Also, very near to ladies area.

very slow service at main desk, small sparsley furnished room, one bed was not full size in length, expensive as well.

The room was not cleaned properly , and we had to request additional towels repeatedly.

It is close to the Holy Mosque, nice rooms especially for children. Staff is good.

We met fairly friendly and welcoming employees.
Our accommodation was set in a central location next to resturants, the mosque and the market, and Masjid e nabwi. The rooms with a magnificent view were big.

The hotel was atrocious! No amenities and housekeeping was next to nothing. No clean sheets and towels. The room were not cheap either. The only consolation is - the location is good in relation to the Prophet's mosque. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel and I sure will NOT stay here again in future.

Hotel was close to Haram and the Hotel provided underground parking. The breakfast is good and had variety.
The underground parking is very tight. It takes some skill going into and coming out if you have a SUV. The bathroom is clean but not as clean or its star rating.

Nice Location
the wifi was not working in rooms,only in lobby.this needs to be clearified during booking,or else booking should ensure the details they provide should be correct . I was so disappointed with the not available of wifi in rooms,the reason i choose this hotel because of wifi service in rooms. I complaint to hotel mnaagement about this but not happy with their clarification

The check-in process needs serious improvement!!! A complete shamble with payment discrepancies, and staff could benefit from better training in English!!! Bathroom cleanliness was underwhelming and needs attention!!!
